Prior to my attempt at the Guinness World Record I removed 9 collection items and
the Guinness adjudicator removed stethoscopes, pinards and a couple we debated
totalling another 20.

Some of these items were collected to demonstrate that they were similar to ear
trumpets and may even work but were not built for that purpose. eg #199
