| comment | They were invented by D. F. Brune and V. A. Sedeyn of Belgium in 1933. They were patented in England in 1935. The Science Museum describes these as 'of humming bird form' - not any humming bird I ever saw !! Anyway they seem rare - we have not seen even pictures of these. How ever delightful the description they were probably of little use to most deaf folk. Nice period box though. Curiously a pair just arrived on Ebay |
